Reputation
Our excellent reputation for
fast turnaround of surveys without compromising
the quality and accuracy of data, is the major
reason we analyse as many surveys.
The data entry of all surveys has range and routing rules
applied. Range rules ensure that it is not possible to make an entry
for a question that is not within the range of acceptable answers
for the question. The routing rules ensure that it is not possible
to make a response to a question where skip rules indicate it should
not be answered, and also the reverse, miss questions where a response
is required.
Verification
We can also apply a process
of data entry verification. The verification process
includes the re-capturing of all data, 100% verification, or a random
sample of any percentage of the survey, as specified. During the
verification process if there is an entry which is different to
the response made previously, there is an audible alarm
and the data entry stops. The questionnaire would then be checked
to confirm the correct response and this would be made. The verification
system will allow continuation to the next stage/page/question,
once the correction process is complete.
