offer an inexpensive step by step procedure to carrying out employee
surveys and ensuring they are analyzed and summarized in great detail.
We will supply a question selection list with over 500 questions
commonly used in Employee Surveys. The steps involved in the procedure
are as follows
Step
1 Complete the question selection list identifying
which questions you would like included in your organisations questionnaire.
Step
2 Add any additional questions, which are particular
to your organisation at the end of each section.
Step 3 Return the question selection list
to us. Within a few days we will forward a range of questionnaires
with alternative formats.
Step 4 Photocopy the number of questionnaires
your organisation requires for the survey. Distribute them amongst
your employees.
Step
5 When the organisation employees have completed the
questionnaires send them to us. Or alternatively we will supply
freepost envelopes for them to be sent direct to us by the employee.
Step
6 We will return the completed analysis of the questionnaires
including graphic analysis and full report
