The chart below the table enables far easier interpretation of the results. The summarisation of the very good and good results, means that you can "see at a glance" which particular groups of respondents are most and least satisfied. We provide these type of charts at three different levels. The first level is at the question level which is shown above. The second level is for groups of questions or sections of a questionnaire. For example if the first page of the questionnaire has 20 questions about satisfaction with a Council services and facilities there would also be a chart summarising satisfaction for all 20 questions combined as well as the individual questions. And also a third level chart which summarises satisfaction for all questions in the survey were satisfaction or agreement where indicated. The chart below is an example of a second level chart. |
The chart below
is an example of a third level chart were all questions
on the questionnaire, which indicated satsifaction/dissatisfaction in
some way. The scale may be "very good - very bad", "very
satisfied - very dissatisfed", "Yes - No" or any of a
range of other possibilities. The bar in this chart is labelled satisfaction
as satisfaction has been indicated rather than dissatisfaction. |
